We exhibit - at the Fair for Industrial Heating and Cooling Technology - the WTT 2010 at the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre. We highlight our Stand with Number E 035 on the hall plan.

02th September 2009

 

This both turning-flaps are made by us for a customer who is working in buisness of Drying and Conditioning. One of the turning-flaps is a standard version THERMO-DK with dimension DN 1120 and one of the turning-flaps is a multi-leaf damper THERMO-DK-J with dimension DN 450. Both turning-flaps are part of a call order, which consists of lots of turning-flaps with different dimensions.

 

01st August 2009

 

A new apprentice of mechanical engineer enter our company in august. The group of company Gebr. Sauer / Thermotec employes 3 apprentices,  1 retrainee and 3 trainees.

 

03rd May 2009

 

This plate heat-exchanger is delivered at the beginning of May. The footing construction, 4 gauge connection and 2 condensate drain and 4 pieces cone are delivered as well. The exchanging surface ist 12 m², the type K.

 

27th April 2009

 

These plate heat-exchangers are produced and delivered in april. They are constructed in type U and the exchanging surface ist each 53 m². In addition there are the transitions to DN 150. 

 

07th April 2009

 

This turning-flaps are build in several design. They are build in size DN 300, DN 400 and DN 500 and are delivered without any drives. The shaft extension is made for a Siemens drive, the shaft seal takes places via graphite bush. The max. temperature approx. 250 °C.

This 3-Way-Processing Air-Flap DN 200 and DN 300 is build for an austrian customer.

This combined plate heat-exchangers are constructed as types LU and have turned plates. You can realise different installation height.

This manual Turning-flap DN 300 is made for our customer who is working in the business segment of regulation technology. This Turning-flap is deliverable with electric and pneumatic drives as well!

This plate heat-exchangers are delivered in february and represent our possibilities of manufacturing.

We will exhibit goods at the trade fair in the space of time 10th - 11th December 2008 in Bremen. Our habitat 5.H-10 you can see at the floorplan.

09th december 2008

 

This heat recovery unit is made to customer's specification and we produced it by ourselves. The engineering and drawing is made with special software. The stream simulations are made with a Computational Fluid Dynamic program from our engineers.  

 

The heat recovery unit consists of 3 heat-echanger moduls with each 2 heat exchangers. They are stored in cabinet for heat exchangers. With a crane, the the moduls can be picked out of the cabinets for cleaning. In the cleaning unit they can be cleaned seperate.  

 

The system is start up after the turn of the year.

This plate heat-exchanger has an installed surface of 320 m². Futhermore, we manufactured some flanges, crossings and a catalyst body.

This is a tube bundle heat exchanger we specified in our delivery program as well. It's particulary suitable for different gases and all types of process air.

This plate heat exchanger is made of two units. One of them with an installed exchange surface of 35 m² and the other one with 80 m². It'll be regiment into a system and it must be at least as high as 2 meters.

This is a catalyst body with all crossings, flaps and flanges. We manufactured it for a Swiss company.

This is a tube bundle heat exchanger we specified in our delivery program. It's particulary suitable for the connection between a heating system and a chimney for example.

This plate heat exchanger has an installed surface of 680 m². It must be at least as high as 2,5 meters and weighs 3500 kg.

This plate heat exchanger is made of two units. Each with an installed exchange surface of 155 m².
